The SEA Diver Discover Scuba experience is an exciting new way to see the underwater world that’s easier than traditional scuba diving and more fun than snorkeling. Discover Scuba participants are fitted with a compact scuba rig known as the S.E.A. Diver. This integrated bouyancy device and air supply is designed for comfortable fit, and allows the user to hang weightless in the water while breathing through an easy-to-use regulator. No leaking snorkels or cumbersome tow-behind rafts, just total freedom to explore underwater wonders from the security of the surface.

In addition to providing a safe, relaxing window into the underwater world, S.E.A. Diver is a valuable tool for novices wanting to learn the basics of scuba diving. Skills such as regulator use and mask clearing can be mastered on the surface, where help is always at hand, and self-recovery is as easy as raising your head. The S.E.A. Diver positive buoyancy vest is closely related to the ground-breaking Rapid Diver system, which is fast becoming the choice of introductory scuba programs, and is based on a fast-deployment, ultra-compact system created for military and public safety programs.

In addition to a universal fit, the S.E.A. Diver/Rapid Diver vest is configured in a way that allows users to float comfortably in both face down and face up positions, and transition easily from vertical to horizontal. This unique ability makes it ideally suited for both instruction and guided tours, as users can effortlessly raise their heads to converse, then return to their dive just as quickly.
